Monday updates and pics

Its Monday... Ugggh can only describe how I am feeling right now. I'm tired. Anywho I'm sure you noticed I have not been positing as frequently I have really been evaluating my blogger goals and such (more to come on that later)... Any who lets have an update... I went to St. Louis with the Mr. and we had a great trip. I often feel bad because his mom is AMAZING  (very churchy) but great nonethless, and my mom... well moving on from there. It started to snow on Sunday and I was all panicky but EVERYONE else was very calm like I was some maniac or something LOL.
This is what I woke up to so I'm all like ummm we should leave. However his mom had other plans she NEEDED us to go to church and see his family and let him be seen (as I am in a quiet panic and having visions of a car wreck)

This is what we left in and I'm like EXCUSE me I am from TN this is a dam BLIZZARD!!!!!!

I came home to this and felt much better LOL
Event though I was on vaca we still worked out (this whole lets eat whatever thing is getting out of control). So I have started a new workout thing I am trying to follow and honestly by the end of the week I'm exhausted so its a real PUSH to get through what I'm doing. I am committed to working out 6 days a week (hence the vaca workout) with 3 days being weight training days with minimal cardio and the other 3 days all cardio.

I did do my first mile in 12.48 min and that is great for me I'm a slow runner have you seen my thighs? LOL... So I will be honest I have actually gained some weight back. Not too much but I can feel it. My clothes don't sag as much and I am fearful of the she devil (AKA the scale) again. Granted this week I did reintroduce weights but I'm sure these lovely outings with the Mr that include cocktails are not helping.

Anyway back to business. I have incorporated weights after researching and seeing how it will help me look slim, and lose weight blah blah. So I am telling myself that this weight increase may be my muscles in shock and holding jack daniels water. The plan this week is to continue weight training but to increase the cardio, water, and reel in all these bad eating and drinking habits. I will be honest on the weekend I may have a cocktail so I'm not going to say no more alcohol. That would be a lie and if you follow my Instagram you would know. However I need to get back in the mindset I was in when I lost my initial weight and not get comfortable because my fat girl pants fit again. I have to remind myself that this is not the size  want to be when I say I DO. This is not a healthy size for me and my hormones. So this week Its time to WERK!!!!!

Something else that has taken me back to bad eating and away from blogging is work and school. I'm usually so good at juggling the two but lately I am overwhelmed. So wish me luck and I will get back on my post grove as soon as possible!

Wedding Weight and Whatnot

Hey ladies!!! I am very excited that my wedding binder is done!!! Woot Woot!!! If your a reader you know I went out and bought that HUGE pink one that they sell everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE hobby lobby included. It was not easy but with help from this girl I got through it. So here it is...

So I decided lets take what we need from the ridiculous binder and place it in the new one. This is in addition to worksheets and spreadsheets I printed online. Read: Google has google documents, and anything from the above referenced site LMBO!!!

SO I started getting frustrated

I'm thinking why did I do this... UGGHHH!!!!!! In the end though it came out nice.

I could have gotten a regular binder but no I had to be a Martha Stewart slut LOL

I did keep this handy hole punch and pouch holder from the pink thing

I also printed a paper calender (for free not Martha) If you want details of what I put inside just see the above link I pretty much copied her totally. Also I did another post you can see HERE that is more detailed about what is actually in the binder and contains links to things I used. I also did a detailed break down at the end of the POST.

For St. Patty Day we went to Hooters. Mini me is gone for spring break and let me tell you. When the kid is away the parents will play!!!!

Since its Monday I will go ahead and be honest. While I haven't gained any weight I have not lost any either. Partly because I have been a human garbage can and I have not been working out. So I looked at the pics of me when I went gown shopping and kicked my ass back into high gear...

I tried it, hopefully it works!!!!

So in an effort to fit in with the cool kids, organize, and be a great mommy and wife I did a craft!!!. Ok I lied, I put some stuff on my wall LOL!!! I have been seeing the whole family command center on blogs and pinterest and I have always thought it was a great idea but  I live in an apt and space is limited. So I decided to combine two different ideas and here is how it turned out... Feel free to pin this. I need the validation blog hits LMBO...  SO I got the supplies at Staples and Office Max, and the local package store LOL...

For all us new to crafting wine makes it easier and funners for that matter LOL

These are the Martha Stewart office brand pockets (you can find cheaper I'm sure I just love her) 

This is from Office Max and its a strip of cork! like 6.95. I initially wanted a calendar with cork on it but SAVED money doing it this route.

Basic dry erase calender 

I hung the pockets up, I chose 4 because its 3 of us and Bill (as in money owed LOL). We each will place mail, school things, and other notes and reminders in the pockets as needed. I will place the bills in the extra one and eventually put them somewhere to be paid. Come on yall know I'm newly engaged and trying to get domestic (and fit).

I put the strip of cork above the baskets in case mini me or my songwriter (the Mr.) has something that needs attention I will pin it there. My attention span is short and if it is in my face all the time Im less likely to forget

The idea is to clean it out every Sunday and everyone will take there papers where they need to be. Im so tired of random paper piles. So maybe this will help out my family....

Biggest Loser Finale and New Stuff

SOOOOO its Tuesday... Monday got the best of me and I really didnt have time to post anything. Anywho... I think I have done very well in the whole Biggest Loser aspect. I made it to onederland, and I can FINALLY see it in my clothes. However I could have totally done better. There were weeks I half assed it in the gym, and ate and drank like I was being paid to do so. Alas we are at the end of the challenge and here are the numbers.....
This brings my stats to- SW 220

CW 196

GW- 150

Total lost -24 pounds

Total lost in challenge- 15 pounds!!!!!!!
The challenge may be over but I still have a wedding in 263 days. So with that being said my journey is far from over. My original goal was 70 pounds total. Don't be silly I knew that wouldn't happen in the challenge I'm just hoping before the wedding. I have to lose as much as possible in before May because that is when I will go dress shopping and Lord knows I want a mermaid dress so bad but I am no fool that style is not for everyone.
I always complain after a workout that my arches (or lack thereof) are burning. Occasionally they have been red, and swollen. So I went to the foot/shoe store and let a professional look at my feet and tell me all the bad things I have been doing. I wont even get into that bit here are some pics...
So apparently I hold all my weight on my right foot, and there are no arches to be found. There is a "slight trying to be arch" in my left foot "but not really" according to the lady at the shoe store.
I get sized... nothing new here. She brings out these shoes and I say "uh hu those are ugly" before I even realize it came out of my mouth. My fiance was mortified. She then tells me that New Balance knows there shoes are top of the line and they dont give you a lot of choice colors. Needless to say the shoes were not really ugly I was just a little thrown by the colors LOL

Sorry for the quality. the fiance really gets tired of being my personal photographer. So instead of getting closer he took the picture a ways away and zoomed in. No worries I will be posting more pics soon. Hopefully these help my poor feet!
In other news when one challenges end there is yet another one. I am linking up with KTJ for the spring 5k challenge. In addition to the stuff I already do I am going to restart the C25K program. I will be starting that tonight and doing it 4 days a week and not 3. Wish me luck! Or hell come on and join the link up party.
